Sailboat Removal in Menomonee Falls, WI

Yes. We assess whether the mast can be safely stepped down using the boat's original system. If stepping isn't viable, we cut the mast in sections for removal. Either way, the process prevents property damage and ensures transport safety.

We coordinate marine towing services to move the sailboat to our loading point. For partially submerged vessels, we assess salvage options and arrange proper recovery. You don't hire separate marine companies—we handle the coordination.

Completely. All standing rigging, running rigging, sails, canvas covers, winches, blocks, cleats, stanchions, and lifelines are removed and disposed properly. You can mark specific hardware for salvage if it has value.

You receive written liability documentation proving the sailboat has been properly removed and disposed. This protects you from future claims about vessel ownership or abandonment—critical if you inherited the boat or purchased property with an abandoned sailboat.

Different keel types—fin, full, wing, centerboard—change how we lift and transport the sailboat. We account for keel depth when calculating weight distribution and using proper lifting equipment for your specific boat.

Sailboats have masts up to 50 feet, standing rigging systems with 40+ components, keels extending 4–8 feet below the hull, and specialized hardware standard removal services won't touch. Twenty years of sailboat-specific work gives us knowledge other companies simply don't have.
